智能油脂后喷涂设备
■功能介绍
-系统在油脂添加量增加的情况下，有效的保障了制粒机正常产量，提高了生产效率；
-系统将2%-3%的油脂改到进成品仓前进行全自动油脂喷涂后，面粉添加量立即减少或不添加，因为面粉和载体原料间的差价明显，这一改变将大大节约配方的成本，从而增加经济效益；
-系统采用模糊控制技术，根据颗粒料流量和设定的油脂添加比例进行自动控制油脂的添加；
-系统设计精准的固体流量秤自动检测物料的流量，同时配备高性能电子流量计确保油脂计量的准确；
-采用高性能气雾化喷嘴，雾化效果好，油脂喷涂高效均匀；
-物料油脂喷涂完成后经过螺带式绞龙混合机构，经过有效混合后成品料光滑性好，含粉率降低，外观油滑漂亮；
-配备台湾威纶10英寸工业触摸屏系统作为人机界面，图文显示系统各个变量及工作运行过程，智能化程度高，操作方便。
